Nicole Buss is a student journalist. She is currently a student at Arizona State University. She works as a teacher assistant at Harvest Ridge Cooperative Charter School. She also works as a director for Jamz Cheer and Dance.

She started her journalism career her senior year of high school where she wrote for ZebraTales, the student publication at Lincoln High School. She continued her journalism career at Sierra College where she got her AA degree in Journalism. She created a podcast called the Collective Experiences Society with another student there. She transferred to San Francisco State University. She was the Journalism Department communications assistant during her time there. She was also the engagement editor for their student publication, Golden Gate Xpress.

She is currently getting her BA in Digital Media Literacy now.
