Please, upon confirmation of death, do the following:
- Replace my userpage with {{subst:User:Neurolysis/Death/t}}, and then fully protect it
- Don't protect (either semi or full) my user talk page, because I do love misguided vandals :)
- Block all of my alternate accounts, but not my main one (this one, Neurolysis), as it may be the only way to communicate for whoever you are talking to
- If it is considered appropriate, feel free to add me to WP:RIP
- Remove all of my user rights
