Only stickin around to save the world.

"Whatever a patron desires to get published is advertising; whatever he wants to keep out of the paper is news...”

“only the jester can speak the truth to the king."

I'm thinking of a quote along the lines of "It is the duty of nightclub comics to speak truth to power." This is a loose paraphrase. Let me know if you know what i'm talking about.

She was one of the first women lawyers in the United States, and in 1879 she became the first woman to be admitted to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court. She later ran for president, one of the first women to do so, in the 1884 and 1888 presidential elections, on the ticket of the National Equal Rights Party.
