Why would I tell you where I am from, seriously use your powers of the internet to figure it out. Don't really do that, it would freak me out.

I like to fix things and be helpful. I doubt I will read my talk page on a regular basis. If you don't like what I did, undo it - I am generally not into the subject so much that I actually care. If I do care, I am likely to just make the same change again and hope no one keeps changing it back.

Learning to edit

To learn about editing you have to register. That is stupid. Correction, to learn really basic things about editing you have to register. Apparently if you want to remove notes about what level of priority the page ranks on someone's subjective scale (which, I get, but seriously I'd rather just fix something than add it to a list) well that, that you can't easily figure out.

"Wow, editing is so much easier now that I can make my words appear in bold" said no one ever.
