This Plant is known as Viola cephalonica Bronm, they are native to their origin. The life-form of this plant is Hemicryptophyte. These plants are critically endangered. [2]

Description

This flower is small in size and has a rich violet color. This flower typically has five(5) petals, making it a pentamerous flower. The plant is arranged Zymorphically; this means it is bilaterally symmetrical. The petals are all open and visible with a single row of relatively flat petals, known as a single arrangement. The simplest petal layout. Each flower on the plant is a single flower on a single stalk, the stem is upright with the flower nodding downward . [3]

Habitat

Temperate/submediterranean Grasslands, boulders, cliffs, rocks, walls, ravines.[1]

Leaves

The leaves are attached to the stems at the nodes. The arrangement of veins on the leaves (venation) are pinnate and ovate.

Flower

The flower contains a slaveform shape, "tube with disc of petals at the top".
