Frans J. P. Ndoroma was born 08 March 1951 at a village called Amutanga, Namibia. He attended his primary school at the Roman catholic primary school at omege and Okatana, secondary school, Roman Catholic School at Döbra, where he matriculated in 1973.In 1974 to 1976 he went at the University of Fort Hare for a BSc degree, due to soweto protest that time he was expelled before completing the course. Again in 1978 his was offered another bursary to study at the Leed university in London by the Consolidated Diamond Mines (CDM)were he graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Mineral Engineering in 1981.
In 1981 he successfully completed his Management Development Program me (MDP) at the University of South Africa (UNISA) . In 2003 he completed his Telecommunication management course through TEMIC in Canada.In September 1981 he was appointed as a metallurgical graduate at NAMDEB. Over the twenty one years with NAMDEB, He occupied various positions including Divisional Plant Superintendent. He resigned from NAM DEB in 2002 when he was appointed as Managing Director of Telecom Namibia Limited and Chief Executive Officer of NPTH Limited, Then in 2012 he resigned from the NPTH Limited .Mr Ndoroma is a Namibian citizen and is married with five children.
