The Mukonde Organization
editThe Mukonde Organization is a Zambian private conglomerate owned by Chrispin Mukonde. [1]It acts as the parent company for all of Mukonde's investments and business operations. [2]The Mukonde name is used by about twelve of these entities. Chrispin Mukonde is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Mukonde Organization. Chrispin established the Mukonde Organization in 2015 in Lusaka, Zambia. The organization moved its headquarters to Livingstone, Zambia's popular tourist destination, in 2023. [3] [1]
The Mukonde Organization has or has had interests in real estate development, investing, finance, pharmaceutics, education, tourism, and management of properties through its many member companies and partnerships. In several Zambian towns, Mukonde Organization[4]businesses manage, develop, and own colleges, pharmacies, residential buildings, hotels, resorts, residential towers, and golf courses. Additionally, they work in or have worked in the following industries: construction, hotels, casinos, entertainment, food and beverage production, business education, internet travel, commercial and private aircraft.[5]
Financial position
editAlthough several estimates have been produced, the actual value of the Mukonde Organization remains unknown to the public due to the confidentiality of Chrispin Mukonde's personal tax filings and the organization's financial statements. Mukonde Organization has not made much clear financial information available to the public to support it's valuation assertions.[6]
