Lumina Learning LLP is a worldwide organisation, which develops and markets personality-related psychometric tools. The company was founded by Stewart Desson in England in 2008 and is based in Camberley (Surrey).
Psychometric Tools
editThe first tool that Lumina Learning developed was the personality portrait Lumina Spark. Further tools have also already been developed, and others are still in development.[1] Almost all of the tools are based on the Lumina Spark model. A Lumina Spark App is also in the testing phase.

The development of the psychometric tools and the administrative work for the company are primarily carried out at its headquarters in Camberley.

editLumina Learning has an international network of (branded) partners,[2] which are self-sufficient companies that adapt the products to their own language and establish and market the Lumina Learning brand. They also run qualification courses to certify practitioners, who can then use the instruments in their own work. Strategic alliances also work with and support the partners in their respective markets.
