Ozoagu, James Afamefuna is an Administrative Secretary in the Gender and Development Policy Centre, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Mr Ozoagu received his Postgraduate Diploma in Library and Information Science and a Degree in Information Technology in 2018. His research interests include Information Technology (IT) and Gender Issues.
