Welcome,
I am a graduate student currently studying protein misfolding in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, commonly known as yeast. I have had a relatively diverse background in biological research. I have worked with other model organisms including mice, rats, and fruit flies. My background is in neuroscience and psychology, but I consider myself a biologist. My ambitions are to continue my career in scientific research and run my own research laboratory.
Other than my career, I enjoy traveling and exploring foreign countries. There is much of the world I would love to see. Some countries I wish to visit include France, Greece, and any country in the United Kingdom where I can see polar lights.
