This template places a little widget in the bottom right corner of a talk page, as visible on this page. It includes the name of the editor of the last revision and buttons to add a new section, edit the entire page, and go back to the top or straight to the bottom of the page (mostly useful for long discussions). When used on a user talk page, edits by the page's owner are not marked as "new messages", but on any other talk page, the name of the last editor will always be displayed.
Usage

By default, edits from archival bot Cluebot III are ignored as "new messages". If you employ a different bot to archive topics from your talk page, you can add it as a parameter:
