Introduction: Monica Abdelmalek is a college student at College of DuPage. She was born in Egypt and She grew up there with her family of five. Monica came to the U.S. two years ago. She graduated from high school last year. Her major is nursing and after she gets her bachelor degree in nursing, she is planning to go back to school and study medicine. Living in Egypt then coming to Chicago gave her lots of experience in her life in how she talks and communicate with people.

Early Life:

Childhood is a part of life that creates beautiful moments. She loved her childhood so much with the ups and downs. Her childhood dream was to become a teacher for children. She was always at church and she entered competitions and won and got the cup twice. She liked to play volleyball so much. She had lots of friends in Egypt from the two schools that she went to and from the church. Monica loved her grandpa so much and losing him when she was young was the end of the world for her.

Early career:

Monica's first job is in a restaurant called Buona Beef. She likes it so much and she loves the people that she is working with. Work is always fun for her. She has been working there for almost two years and she got promoted to a trainer because of her hard work. She tried other jobs like Jewel Osco and taco bell but she didn't like and she quit after a month.

Family life/ Extra interests:

Monica is single and she doesn't have any babies. She has two sisters. She likes her family a lot and she liked spending time with them when she was in Egypt. She missed them so much and she wants to go for a visit and see them. Hobbies are important in people's life. Monica likes to play piano, read fiction books, listen to music and color a picture by mixing colors together.

Conclusion:

Monica is working on her nursing degree and she will get her CNA certificate after the summer. She is excited to start work as a CNA and get more experience in this field.
