The following table attempts to list some of the key concerns that Wikimedia Foundation (WMF) and the Wikimedia Education Foundation - U.S. and Canada (WMEF-USCA) will address during a transition period spanning from December 19, 2013 and May 31, 2013. The columns refer generally to:
- Knowledge - experience based information the WMF has accumulated from its time administering the program;
- Materials - physical or digital databases, contact lists, resources etc.;
- Functions - activities that the WMF performs, daily or periodically, to support the program.
