Airline Terminal Services (ATS), is an aviation services provider. ATS provides services such as aircraft ground handling, aircraft fueling, cargo handling, and other aviation-related services. ATS services over 50 airports within the US and Canada. They have contracts with multiple airlines including Frontier, United, Delta, American and Allegiant. ATS has over 3,000 employees.[1] It is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri.[2]

History ATS was formed in 1975 as a subsidiary of Midcoast Aviation. In 1985, Midcoast Aviation was purchased by Ozark Airlines which was purchased in 1986 by TWA. In September of 1994, ATS was purchased from TWA and has since been owned privately by Richard B. Hawes.[3]
