Ken Stanley-- Member of : Contra Costa Human Rights Commission, Gay Activist
The first gay person to hold any appointed post in the state of california. Ken Stanley was appointed in 1991 to the human rights commission. An activist in Concord, California working four years against Concord California religious right. Worked for equality for all people, regardless of race, sex, or religion.
