With this change to the company Pandora has to be willing to pay is $10 million more annually for recycled metal compared to newly mined metal.

The CEO of Pandora jewelry had announced they would no longer use mined diamonds for any of there new design and would phase into lab grown diamonds. Pandora's first released collection of synthetic stones was in would be in Britain in the year 2021 to later on was used in other markets by 2022. [2]
The whole point of lab grown diamonds is to provider their consumers with affordable and sustainable diamonds.This all leads us to the result of the process being less environmental damage and not as dangerous for the workers. In comparison of mined diamonds and lab-grown diamonds are essentially identical to one another. [3]
By the beginnings of 2025 Pandora plans to have shift to using recycled gold and silver. In order to reduce CO2 and better the environment.[4]
In 2020, Pandora had announced they will be sourcing to only 100% recycled silver and gold for its collections. When working with metal that have been mined, leads us to not digging deeper in search of new material allowing the company to substantially reduce its greenhouse gas emissions. For their bracelets they offer several different types of bracelets you can chose from customizable charm bracelet to sleek bangle coming in steering silver, 14k rose gold plated, and 14k gold plated. [6] Pandora offers bracelets such as Pandora moments, reflexions, ME, and other different type of bracelets. They range from bangles to snake chain to sliding to leather. [7]
The necklaces they have several options that can be chosen from simple chain to a bold pendant. You have the option to chose from hand finished sterling silver, 14k rose gold-plated, and 14k gold. [8] Their sizes for necklaces range from 15in to 35.4in. Pandora's chokers come in one size and are adjustable and ME necklaces come in one size and are not adjustable. [9]
The earrings they offer studs and hoop depending on your style you can chose from sterling silver, 14k gold-plated or 14k rose gold-plated.[10]
The rings once again come in many different types of ring you can chose from they offer steering silver, 14k rose gold plated, 14k gold plated, and lab grown diamond rings. [11] Pandora goes by European ring size 44 to 64 in Europe and 3 to 10.5 in US. [12]
The charms are also offered in many different styles from symbols, family and friends, love, nature and celestial, celebration, birthday, Disney and so much more. They offer 14k gold-plated, 14k rose gold-plated and sterling silver charms. They also offer engraving of some of their charms.[13]
Warranty & Cleaning

Pandora offers free cleaning on most of their products as well as a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase and 2 year warranty for their lab-grown diamonds items. To where they are able to replace it or can offer you a gift card or another similar in price or lower depending on the circumstance of the item. They only cover damages to the jewelry and not lost jewelry or fix any broken jewelry. [14]
There free cleaning service is offered in store at any Pandora store. Pandora recommends you store your jewelry in a jewelry box or in robust pouches to keep them safe and dust free and from damages. They also recommend to remove jewelry before showering, swimming or sleeping to prevent damage, and to avoid high temperatures in order to prevent discoloration. Pandora also offers cleaning sets to maintain your jewelry looking nice and new. [15]
