The characters in the Star Wars Transformers line are broken down into several factions from the Star Wars saga.

Bounty hunters products include Boba Fett, who becomes his ship, the Slave I; Cad Bane, who becomes his ship Xanadu's Blood, a modified P-38 starfighter; and Jango Fett who also becomes Slave I.

Galactic Empire products include an AT-AT Driver who becomes an AT-AT; and Darth Vader, who becomes his custom TIE Fighter,[1] and the Death Star; Emperor Palpatine, who turns into an Imperial Shuttle; an Imperial Trooper who becomes an AT-A; and a TIE fighter pilot who becomes a TIE Bomber. [2]. The Death Star/Darth Vader figure is the largest in the Star Wars Transformers line.[citation needed]

Galactic Republic products include Ahsoka Tano, who transformer into her Jedi starfighter; Anakin Skywalker, who becomes various ships such as a Y-wing, a Jedi starfighter and his ship, the Twilight;[3] Captain Rex, who transforms into an AT-TE; a Clone Gunner who transforms into a Republic Fighter Tank; a clone pilot who turn into different vehicles, such as a Y-wing, a V-wing, and a Republic Gunship; a clone trooper who transforms into an AT-TE; Commander Cody, who becomes a Turbo Tank; Kit Fisto, who becomes a Jedi Starfighter; Mace Windu, who turns into his Jedi starfighter;[4] Obi-Wan Kenobi, who has two different versions of the Jedi starfighter; and Yoda, who transforms into an Attack Shuttle.

Rebel Alliance products include Han Solo and Chewbacca, who combine into the Millennium Falcon; and several Luke Skywalker toys, which transform into an X-wing starfighter[5] or a snowspeeder.[6] The Millennium Falcon transformer was voted the 23rd top toy released in the last 10 years by Toyfare Magazine.[7]

Separatist leader General Grievous has two version: one becomes his wheel bike, the other his starfighter Soulless One. The Battle Droid and Battle Droid Commander become an Armored Assault Tank. The Magnaguard becomes a P-38 starfighter.
