Clench is the leader of the Decepticon subgroup, the Obliterators. He was also called Colossus. [1][2]
Clench was named the 23rd top unfortunately named Transformer by Topless Robots. [3]
Marvel Comics edit
Clench appears in the first issue of the Marvel U.K. Transformers: Generation 2 comic series as one of the new Decepticon troops sent to Earth by Bludgeon.
IDW Publishing edit
Clench made his first IDW Publishing appearance in the second issue of The Transformers: Megatron Origin. Appearing as the presider of the gladiatorial games, he ordered a hesitant Megatron to finish off his opponent, Cy-Kill. Megatron would later allow Clench to be destroyed in another match, and seize control of the gladiatorial games.

Clench is the leader of the Generation 2 Decepticons on Earth in the 2010 Botcon comic.[4] [5][6]

Clench, a repaint of Leader-1, was the Mini-Con partner of Armada Galvatron.[8]
Dreamwave Productions edit
Although Clench did not appear in the Dreamwave Armada series, he did get a one-page bio in their More Than Meets The Eye series. He is portrayed as Leader-1's brother.

Clench was presumably a heroic Decepticon who was killed by the Autobots. He is a dimensional counterpart to the Generation 2 version of the character.
Fun Publications edit
Clench, Krok, Overlord and Skyquake's bodies are seen decorating the Autobot headquarters in the Transformers: Timelines story "Shattered Glass" by Fun Publications.
