History

edit

AQM Quality Control was created in September 2005 in France by two partners, Alexandre Godvin and Grégoire Prouvost, both graduates of the engineers’ school Polytech'Lille. Having noticed that most of the distribution companies often encountered quality problems with Asian factories, they decided to create a third party company that would allow textile buyers to control the service quality of their suppliers. Initially based in Roubaix (France), the headquarter is now established in Shanghai, China. Benoit Aubet currently heads the company and its more than 200 employees in the world. AQM is settled in China (2005), India (2006), Bangladesh (2007), Turkey (2008), Vietnam (2012), Cambodia (2012), Pakistan (2014) and has its sales offices in France (Lille), Spain (Madrid) and the Netherlands (Amsterdam).
