Jukbyeon-myeon (Korean竹邊面) is a myeon (township) in Uljin-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea.

Its area is 18.34 km2, and in 2011 its population was 7,147. It is about 130 km away from Ulleungdo. The fishing port of Jukbyeon Port is a designated national fishing port (1995). It also has an emergency airstrip.[2]

It is located on the eastern seaboard,[3]xxx.[1]

  • Incorporated from Gangwon-do to Gyeongsangbuk-do on January 1 , 1963
  • Promoted to Jukbyeon-myeon , Uljin-gun on April 1, 1986
