In the beginning was the Magic Lemur, and the Lemur didn't believe in God for the Lemur was God.
Through him, all things were made magical; without him nothing was magic that has been magic. In him was the Powers of the Magi and that Power was the light of Men. The Power shone throughout Madagascar and the Madagascan's did not understand 'it'.
There was a man who was sent from the Lemur; his name was Lamarr. He came as a witness to testify concerning the Magic Lemur, so that through him all Men might believe. He himself was not the Lemur; he came only as a witness to the Lemur. The Magic Lemur that gives entertainment, richness and mystery to every man came forth into the World.
He was Pure Magic, and though every Magician going had learnt their tricks from him, they did not recognise him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become 'Children of the Lemur' - Children born not of natural descent, evolution or 'special' creation, but born of the Magic Lemur.
The Lemur became manifest and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of The One & Only who came full of Power and Mysterious-Levitating-abilities.
Lamarr testifies concerning him. He cries out, saying "This is all BS!". From the fullness of his Magical Powers we have received one blessing after another. For the Rules of Magic were given to the one you call 'Derren Brown', but the true powerful stuff (that makes Mace Windu seem like just another Old Republic Senator) came through the Magic Lemur. No-one has ever seen this 'Magic Lemur', but the 'Magic Lemur' himself (or has he?) who has made himself known through his servant Lamarr...
... or something like that!
