I have been one of Mac's and his friend's best Fan. I don't know all about him but I do remember when we crossed paths twice in my early life.
Once at the Golden Gate Park's Stine Heart Aquarium. I happened upon the filming of an episode of "San Francisco Beat" where a "Bum" was found dead in the Aquarium's Fountain. The actors were very nice and when they saw me they approached and showed me that the man was Okay. The Bum was Mac.
I almost got to visit "Santa Claus" in "Mac's Cabin" located at the base of the Christmas Tree in the "City Of Paris" department store in San Francisco. Sadly, Santa was at lunch.
