De Brunner is credited with the responsibility for one of the largest transformation programme in Europe, taking the Metropolitan Police Service through a deduction of expenditure in the region of £300 Million and leading officers to accomplish further reductions to £500m by 2015.
De Brunner is also credited with pioneering the realignment of intelligence services, transforming control rooms and the delivery of a national multi agency prisons hub. Creating central tasking and performance frameworks at local and area levels linking governance to strategic performance board.
During her period as DAC she was also responsible for introducing a 24/7 fast time actionable intelligence centre to provide key support of all London's critical incidents.
