I am Johnathan “Rudd” Plate; I live in silver valley, in Idaho.
I wanted to help with the city pages in Idaho, Montana, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and California. I travel extensively for my job, and take many pictures of the places I visit, also I talk with people in my travels about were I am and find out local history. Many of these places in the Northwest history are not as well documented as they should be, a few scholars discuss the history in books, but for the most part there is not much on web, I try to document what I put up as best I can (its not easy considering lack of web based sources or print sources). My tone is always casual, or supportive, so if you don’t like my tone don’t kill the whole page change the wording not the context.
I attended the University of Idaho, minor in history, and geology.
