Smalls is the founder and leader of multiple successful businesses under the DTG Newark umbrella. His companies include DTG Development, DTG EcoSafe, and DTG Remodeling. DTG Newark focuses on construction projects in Newark, New Jersey, while DTG Development specializes in ground-up construction projects, including building three-family townhouses. DTG EcoSafe offers environmental services, such as mold assessment, abatement, and remediation, and DTG Remodeling handles high-end renovation projects.
