The Corner Health Center is a primary health care and health services resource center located in Ypsilanti, MI. It serves young people aged 12-21 and their children, on a sliding-fee scale, regardless of their ability to pay.[1] This organization's clientele is primarily low-income[2] The Corner Health Center is an independent, non-profit organization[3] funded primarily by fees for services, government grants and contracts, contributed services, Washtenaw United Way, individual contributions and donations, foundations and other organization grants, and investment income.[4]
Ypsilanti is located next to Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Corner Health Center's medical staff are affiliated with the University of Michigan Health System and the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital.[2]

Health & Mental Health Care
editThe Corner Health Center offers an integrated model of health and mental health care, meaning that patients can be screened and receive care for both physical and mental health concerns at the Corner. Health care services include reproductive health and pediatric care for children.[6] Mental health care includes both psychiatric and counseling services.[7]
