Flair (Magazine)

Flair is a Belgian monthly magazine for women that belongs to the Finnish media group Sanoma. It is published in French and Dutch.

History

The company Sanoma Magazines Belgium S.A. was founded on November 13, 1945. Recently, it changed its name to Sanoma Media.

Sanoma Media owns several magazines and websites such as FlairMoustiqueFemmes d'aujourdhuiLibelleGAELFeeling,HumoVitayaGlam It, Zappybaby.be, Styletoday.be, kieskeurig.be, and so on.

The first French Flair came out on September 1987. The magazine targets active women aged between 18 and 35.

The French version of the website is available since October 2009.

The different topics of the magazine's articles form 4 groups named :

  • Planet Soulmate (relationships, emotions, sex with no taboos, advices)
  • Body (fashion, beauty and fitness)
  • Affordable luxury (great deals, discounts on hotels, thalassotherapy centre, restaurants,...)
  • Shopping (good addresses, cheap deals, low-priced gifts,...)

Supplements

Once in a while, the magazine includes a pocket-sized supplement. The most famous ones are Hôtel Pocket, Weekend Pocket, Resto Pocket, Beauty Farm Pocket.
