Mary Ann Lipscomb - existing stub
Mary Ann Rutherford Lipscomb (1848-1918) was an educator from Athens, Georgia. [1] After the death of her husband Francis Lipscomb, Mary Lipscomb taught at the Waverly Seminary in Washington, D.C.,[1] and then returned to Athens to succeed her sister, Mildred Lewis Rutherford[citation needed] as Principal of Lucy Cobb Institute.[1]
