As a long-time Wikipedia user who constantly finds herself spending way too much time here reading articles about interesting new subjects, I finally decided to set up a user account of my own.
I'm a law student from the Bavarian district of Swabia in Germany. I'm particularly interested in IP and IT law (especially copyright law), hoping to work in the field one day.
In my free time I enjoy reading, writing fiction (fantasy and sci-fi), conworlding, role-playing games (classic pen & paper games as well as LARP), geocaching, crafting props and sewing costumes for LARP ... and did I already mention I spend way too much time surfing the web? ;-) Furthermore, I'm a severe music addict and CD collector. While my favourite music is rock and metal (especially progressive stuff), I'm an open-minded listener loving lots of other genres as well. As long as a song touches me or stimulates my imagination, I'll be happy to listen to it. My favourite bands are Dream Theater, Porcupine Tree, and Pain of Salvation. I also started playing the guitar a few years ago, but I really suck. ;-)
I'm totally fascinated by languages and would love to learn more of them one day, but right now, I have to focus on studying for my first legal state exam. This is also the reason why I unfortunately don't have much time to contribute to Wikipedia by writing new articles from scratch, but I'll take the time to correct or add information to already existing articles whenever possible.
