List of things I have learned about Wikipedia/Wikiversity: edit

  1. If you want any information in your desired fields, its very easy for you to search because everything is systematically categorized.
  2. They are set up to develop research projects - both as a process, and as finished reports and You can also draft research writings on Wikiversity and allow others to give feedback.
  3. People are not paid for there contribution
  4. They also supports display of content in multiple languages. So this is a very good approach to reach out to every person all over the world by making it multi-linguistic. .
  5. I also learn how to edit my page in Wikipedia using link Editing Tutorial.

List of Poor Quality Topics edit

  • Secant_method:Needs to explain advantages and disadvantages of secant method.

Things learned after the previous homework and what I will do better in the future edit

On this Wikipedia I mentioned the advantages and the disadvantages of secant method and I provided some lists of advantages and the disadvantages of secant method which was listed on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Secant_method, but that proposal may not be good enough because it was not compared with other root-finding methods such as the Newton method, the Bisection method and so on. And I also think I should have also provided references to support my claim. But to better improve my claim I think I will rather add my claim to support what had already been written on the Wikipedia page on the Comparison with other root-finding methods. As you have said that some of this duplicates Secant Method#Comparison with other root-finding methods; it would be better to improve that section than to add new sections.
