Baby-Napper Not Responsible
“A woman who took another woman's six month Old Child from a stroller at École Macaulay Elementary School in Esquimalt on March 8th 2002 has been found not criminally responsible for her action’s due to a mental disorder. Sandra McGee, 35, of Victoria, remained in custody and was held at the Forensic Psychiatric Hospital in Port Coquitlam. She was subject to a committal order under the Mental Health Act.”
