Wikipedia Sysops (a.k.a. admins) are members that contribute mercilessly to Wikipedia. If it was not for hundreds of Sysops, and other frequent contributors, who are here voluntarily and are not bound by any force other than something useful to do on the web in spare time, Wikipedia would whittle away to a junk site at the whims of vandals. Mr. Wales lay the foundation for Wikipedia, however we the people brought the project to life. We the people propose a motion to have Mr. Wales express gratitude to us by replying to the associated talk page and posting a small thumbnail pie on his userpage acknowledging the efforts of we the people. Mr. Wales may have built Wikipedia (and etcetera), however, it is we the people, who contribute and revise often, that keep Wikipedia in check - a thanks from Mr. Wales is all we ask.
