I'm Kimberly Nebel-Douglas, Coordinator of Composition and ESL Studies at University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in Johnstown, PA. I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and I attended the University of Pittsburgh where I was a member of the Varsity Marching Band, Heinz Chapel Choir, Iota Beta Kappa (IBK), and Omicron Pi Alpha (OPiA). Currently, I am also a grad student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the PhD program - Composition and Advanced Linguistics. I am particularly interested in the way standardized testing in secondary education effects freshman writing and the effects of written corrective feedback on L2 learners.
