I first joined in response to reading literal racial slurs used in articles, and wanted to contribute my way of editing them out... While I'm not as strong a researcher/writer, I do want to be able to add my voice in response towards any racially motivated hate/contempt and ethnocentrism that is a threat towards the validity of articles from this site!
