Macullar, Parker, and Company edit
Macullar, Parker, and Company was a fine clothing and home furnishings company in Boston.
The business was first established in 1849 by Addison Macullar, as a small clothing shop called A Macullar and Company, in Worcester, MA. Macullar had one employee named Charles W. Parker, who worked as store-boy, salesman, and bookkeeper for the shop. George B. Williams joined the company in 1852, and the name of the business was changed to Macullar, Williams, and Company. That same year they opened a location in Boston at 35 and 37 Ann Street (which was later renamed North Street).[1]
