- {{NPOV user}} is moved after "Blocked", along with new links for {{spam}} and {{obscene}}
- Edit summaries are changed to be more suitable for section headers (though I don't like that mode).
- The name of the referenced article, if given, is included in the edit summary.
- When prompted for an article name, clicking on "Cancel" results in no message text being added. Clicking on "OK" without giving an article name results in the version of the message that does not name the article.

- Moved signature on the "you been blocked" templates to inside the box, as suggesed by Kubigula.

- Leading and trailing blanks are automatically removed from the text entered into the prompt for the article name, as is a trailing period (dot). Makes it easier and faster to copy the article name if you don't have to be so precise about the bounds of the copy.

- Create a Month Year section heading above the warning template if it does not already exist. Everyone else seems to be doing it that way, and this prevents the month header from being added by someone else below your warning.

- Check for existence of "minor edit" checkbox before trying to uncheck it. That caused problems if the user talk page didn't exist yet.
