Justaped spent eight years studying Japanese Buddhism especially about "Shinnyo-en" by devoting himself fully on practicing it physically as well as studying it theoretically.
The study and the practice is ongoing. Learning about traditional Japanese Buddhism as well as the other religions in the world is his life work.
He reads, writes, speaks and understands both English and Japanese, and so obtains information from materials written in both languages.
Ordained in 2005.
