I am a student at Cornell University, currently enrolled in NS1150: Health, Nutrition, and Society. I am interested in the topic of red meat and its health effects. I am excited about researching this topic so that I can develop my own understanding of the topic, improve my diet, and contribute to the Wikipedia community's completeness.
