I am JoyfulRictus and I live in Boise, Idaho. I have a PhD in Chemical Physics from which I launched a career in Semicondcutor chip R&D. I was an Adjunct Professor at Boise State, and for 5 years I was on the Chemistry Faculty before I tried to retire. I have failed at retirement 3 times. I am now involved in investing in deep tech startups. I play jazz guitar, design and build tube amplifiers as well as restoring old tube testers. Oh, I love fly fishing.
