Fabric
The material make by weaving or knitting fibres together is called fabrics. There are two types of fabrics- Natural fabrics and synthetic fabrics.
Natural fabrics
The fibres made from natural materials. Example-cotton, jute, etc.
synthetic fibres
The cloth that is make from plastic material such as nylon. These are not made from natural fibres and are highly flammable.
history of clothing
About 3000bc people started using animal skin for clothing. The domestication of silkworms to produce silk occured around 3000BC in China. Cotton came to be wide spread about 3000BC.these were not stitched but simply wrapped around the body.
