Stand alone veterinary medicine articles edit

Gram positive bacteria edit

  • Corynebacterium renale - Causes bovine pyelonephritis. Missing info on the disease in sheep, in which it causes ulcerative posthitis and vulvitis (AKA sheath rot or pizzle rot). Short stub, Unreferenced.
  • Mud fever - Caused by Dermatophilus congolensis. Disease in horses. Most of the article is copied from another website (apparently used by permission) and needs to be rewritten in a more formal tone. Orphan, Unreferenced.
  • Strangles - Caused by Streptococcus equi. Respiratory infection in horses.

Other articles which contain veterinary medicine information edit

Gram positive bacteria edit

  • Actinomycosis - Brief mention of lumpy jaw in cattle. Missing information on dogs, sheep, pigs, and hamsters.

Gram negative bacteria edit

Clostridial infections or toxins edit

Mycobacterium edit

  • Tuberculosis - A little information in cattle, but pretty much any other domestic species can be affected. Probably best to split these up among different species of Mycobacterium.

Chlamydiae edit

Mycoplasmas edit

Spirochetes edit

  • Leptospirosis - Contains information on the disease in dogs, missing horses, cattle, pigs, sheep, and pinnipeds. Already a little confusing due to the human and animal information being mixed, should probably separated into Leptospirosis in animals.

Rickettsials edit
