My input on Wiki is generally focused around Aeronca aircraft.

I have owned and flown them for 35+ years and am a board of directors member of the National Aeronca Association, which is affiliated with the Aeronca Factory in Middletown Ohio. This is where the original Aeronca aircraft were made from the WW2 time period until 1951. It is still in operation today making aircraft parts for companies like Boeing, Lockheed and Airbus. The NAA has a very close relationship with the factory and we work hand in hand keeping the memory of the original airplanes alive.

I am also the administrator and webmaster of the National Aeronca Association's bulletin board, the largest Aeronca asset on the internet. http://aeroncapilots.com/NewForum.htm is its location. Anyone is free to browse but to post you have to be registered.

In 1979 I restored my first Aeronca, a 11AC Chief and flew it for many years. Have since this time either restored or assisted on the restoration of a 7AC Champ and two additional 11AC/BC Chiefs. I currently fly a 15AC Aeronca Sedan.

Am as well an licensed A&P mechanic and hold airline transport pilot licenses from 6 countries. Fly a corporate jet for a living. Am a former Boeing, McDonnell Douglas and Bombardier factory pilot and have been flying since 1973.
