1. Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Fabio Castillo Figueroa -- text is woefully promotional, but as a politician in an area I'm not familiar with, he might be notable. I added a redirect for the moment since he's mentioned at his grandfather's page.
2. Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Chengjapao Doungel -- not sure how this got marked promotional, with "was a great chief of the Kuki", I'd guess most reviewers would think it was nonsense instead of a literal statement. I added a redirect to an article where he's mentioned, and tried to come up with sources, but I think this might be a job for a real library. Still, if you peek in the article history [2] you'll see my attempts at some sources, but without much vetting on quality. I'm pretty sure this could be a small but valid article, and it's unlikely to be something that someone tries to recreate every day.
