I'm Jode2018, a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh and the University of St Andrews, working on metabolic engineering and biocatalysis.
I have a BSc(Hons) in Chemistry with Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Heriot-Watt University, and an MSc in Synthetic Biology & Biotechnology from the University of Edinburgh.
My interests are primarily in chemistry and synthetic biology, although I'm also very interested in linguistics, and am a keen Esperantist.
