Position edit
I am an Associate Professor in the School of Information Systems at Deakin University.
Previously I worked as an academic at the University of Melbourne, La Trobe University and RMIT. Since 1984, I have also worked as an independent consultant, software developer and as an expert witness to assess software development practices.
Research Interests edit
My research interests include information systems strategy with a particular focus on business / IT alignment. In my work I explore information systems theory, practice and methodology. My past projects ranged from engineering and telecommunications applications to developing software productivity environments. The most recent work involves projects in e-commerce, web and contents managements, educational video and interactive e-simulations.
Free Time edit
I spend my free time with my family. I enjoy listening to rock guitar, but also classical and electronic music. I like reading, painting and digital photography. My favorite sport is fencing.
