Japan Karate-Do Nobukawa-ha Shito-Ryu Kai[1] established in 1979 by Kuniaki Nobukawa 8th Dan Hanshi of Japan Karate Federation, 9th Dan Shitō-ryū.

History

Kuniaki Nobukawa started karate at the age of 13 under a local karate teacher. Later he trained under [[Chojiro Tani]] of Shukokai and Sôke Teruo Hayashi of Hayashi-ha.

He established Japan Karate-Do Nobukawa-ha Shito-Ryu Kai which blends the techniques of the above 2 masters 'training with ambition in perfecting skills'. He is the present Soke and head of the organization. The [[Japan Karate Federation]] graded him 8th Dan Hanshi for his exceptional skill in martial arts. Today Japan Karate-Do Nobukawa-ha Shito-Ryu Kai has branches in 8 countries.
