Retired from active editing Feb. 11, 2020: I’ve decided to stop due to Wikipedia’s difficult mark-up language, voluminous guidelines, frequent controversies and my judgment that crowdsourcing under screen names cannot produce reliable information, a problem I have contributed to by adding material of my own. Yet Wikipedia despite limitations remains the only web site featuring such enormous breadth of coverage and it is free of charge. I still like it.
