Jenora Nana Ofori Amanfo Ankoana-Kwaning, Jnr (Legal name: Jenora Kwaning) is a royal member of the Tano-dumase royal family, a Ghanaian academia, ADR Practitioner, Peace Broker, Diplomatic expert and a businessman.

His paternal grand-uncle is Late Victor Owusu, Esq, who was a lawyer by profession, former Attorney General & Minister for Justice and Minister for Foreign Affairs appointed by then prime minister Late Professor Kofi Abrefa Busia in the Ghanaian Republic, former Member of Parliament (MP), founding member and leader of the Popular Front Party (PFP), Ex-President of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA), former Presidential runner-up to H.E Dr. Hilla Limann of the People’s National Party (PNP) in the 1979 Ghanaian presidential elections.

He is a past Secretary-General (SG) candidate for the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP), The Hague.

A Former District Assembly Member aspirant of the Amanfrom Electoral Area -Ga North Municipal District in the Republic of Ghana dated on 19th December, 2023.

He is enlisted on the Honor Roll at United Nations Peace Operations Training Institute (POTI) since 2021.

He is currently a fellow and accredited member of the International Trade Council (ITC), Singapore, Enlisted as an Ambassador to Botswana at the International Teachers Association (ITA)-Thailand, fellow of the Eudoxia Research University (ERC)-USA, and Eudoxia Research Center (ERC)- India, Member of the American Bar Association (ABA)-USA, Member of the International Society for Substance Use Professionals (ISSUP)-UK, Member of the Association of U.S Army (AUSA)-USA, Member of the Ghana National Association of ADR Practitioners (GNAAP)-Ghana and Member of the American Psychological Association (APA), USA.

Kwaning was born on 6 December 1996 in Accra in the Greater Accra region of Ghana. His father Kwabena Kwaning, Snr is a an academic professor in Ghana and the UK and his mother Emilia Addae was a Queen-mother. Kwaning completed his Junior High School (B.E.C.E) at Bestway Grammar Academy in 2011 and gained admission to Kwegyir Aggrey SHS/Tech in 2012 to obtain his WASSCE Certificate qualification, which he finished in 2015, majoring in the General Arts. He thereafter proceeded to pursue his Pre-University Education programme at the Institute of Parelegal Training & Leadership Studies-Ghana, earning a Licensing Professional Executive Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2019 while enrolled at the University of Education, Winneba in 2017, he bagged a Bachelor of Education degree (Special Education with Geography) and graduated in 2021 with a Second Class Upper Division. In 2022, he completed a double UN-MGA and UN-Diploma in Military Gender Advisor Course and an International Governance and Environmental Law for 24 months at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research-UNITAR.
