I am a Writing Center learning specialist and writing instructor at a community college as well as a lifelong learner who is interested in composition studies and learning theories as well as many fields within humanities and the social sciences. I do have pet studies I like to learn about in particular such as the visual arts, literary theories/studies and social justice movements.
However, I joined Wikipedia as an editor in order to participate in the Art+Feminism Edit-A-Thon at Kansas University on March 26, 2016. My mission was to find women artists to add to Wikipedia and/or edit pre-existing entries about women artists.
