This is the Wikipedia username of Jay "Jayski" Adamczyk (Jayski was taken) and I used 36 since Ernie Irvan was my favorite driver and was in the #36 at the time. Adamczyk owns and oversees www.jayski.com, Jayski's NASCAR Silly Season Site. The site has been in operation since August 26, 1996. Adamczyk owned the site from the start until February 2007 when ESPN/Disney bought it. After ESPN got out of airing/covering NASCAR, their interest in doing anything with the site got lax at best. ESPN released Adamczyk at the end of his contract and closed the website on January 28, 2019. Adamczyk was able to re=obtain the trademark, rights, files, images and URL from ESPN and over the next few months he, Scott Page and Amanda built the new website, bring it back into the retro look of its more popular days in the early 2000's. Adamczyk then inked a deal with NASCAR digital to house the site and handle the advertising while holding on to the ownership. Scott and Amanda do most of the day-to-day work on the site and cover the races as Jay has semi-retired. At the end of 2020, it was decided a third full time person was needed. Scott interviewed a few folks and Dustin comes on board as of January 1, 2021. Jay will still oversee things and work on some stats. Jay lives in Charlotte with his wife and likes to travel and see the world.
